These are the terms for using Maths Daily Helper (app.mathsdailyhelper.com and this website). By creating an account or using the free trial, you agree to them.

The service

Maths Daily Helper generates maths practice problems, hints, step-by-step solutions, and full exam papers using AI (Anthropic's Claude). Answers and explanations are generated automatically — while we aim for accuracy, always cross-check anything that will affect your grades or exam preparation with your teacher or textbook.

Accounts and the free trial

• You can try a limited number of problems without an account. Creating a free account unlocks the full free plan (see Pricing).
• You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
• Accounts are intended for individual students, parents, or teachers — not for reselling access.

Paid plans

• Paid plans are a one-time top-up of your monthly question/paper allowance, processed by Razorpay. They are not a recurring subscription — nothing auto-renews, and there is nothing to cancel.
• Prices are shown in INR at the time of purchase on the Pricing page.
• If a purchase fails to apply to your account, contact us (below) with your payment reference and we'll resolve it.
• Because plans are consumed as you use them, refunds are considered case-by-case rather than guaranteed — reach out if something went wrong.

Acceptable use

Please don't:

• Attempt to circumvent usage limits (for example, scripting repeated free-trial signups).
• Upload content that isn't yours to share, or that's abusive, illegal, or unrelated to maths practice.
• Use the service to build a competing product by scraping or automating bulk access.

We may suspend accounts that clearly violate these terms.

No warranty

The service is provided "as is." AI-generated content can occasionally be wrong — we work to keep quality high, but we don't guarantee every problem or solution is error-free, and we're not liable for decisions made solely on that basis (like exam preparation choices).

Changes

We may update these terms or the pricing tiers as the product evolves. Material changes will update the date at the top of this page.
